Odin App serves two purposes.
First, it tests your Odin installation.
Second, it installs some DLL's that are needed by many windows applications.

When the install starts, click Next

Select the path for installation.  It is suggested to only change the drive letter and leave
default path alone.

Click Next and the install completes and exits.

You are done.
