Type "EDIT 98Licens.txt" or "TYPE 98Licens.txt | MORE" without the 
quotation marks.

IN WINDOWS

To view 98Licens.txt on screen in Notepad, maximize the Notepad 
window.

To print 98Licens.txt, open it in Notepad or another word 
processor, and then use the Print command on the File menu.

1.  OWNERSHIP

    All copyrights to 98lite are exclusively owned by the author
    Shane Brooks. Any and all purchases are for LICENSES to use
    98lite, not for the programs themselves. The programs remain
    the property of the author, Shane Brooks.


2. USAGE

    Once registered, 98lite PROFESSIONAL Edition is licensed for
    non-exclusive use by a single individual for personal use
    only. You require an ENTERPRISE license if you want to use
    98lite in a multi-user setting, or want to install 98lite on
    your clients computers.


3. DISTRIBUTION

    98lite PROFESSIONAL Edition is a commercial product made
    available only to licensed users. You, or anyone else is not
    permitted to re-sell 98lite in full or in part. You are not
    permitted to distribute any files that 98lite may generate.
    98lite PROFESSIONAL Edition may not be rented or leased, but
    the user license may be permanently transferred, in it's
    entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of
    this license.


4. THIRD PARTY LICENSING

    98lite is an installer and feature customiser for the
    Windows 98(tm) Operating System(s) produced and licensed by
    Microsoft Corporation. Use of 98lite applied in any of its
    configurations may invalidate any guarantee and or warranty
    expressed in your Windows End User License Agreement(s). Use
    of 98lite does not supersede or provide any remedy for any
    Guarantee or Warranty that may be invalidated. All
    liabilities from use or misuse of 98lite lie with the End
    User.


5. LIABILITY

    SHANE BROOKS AND HIS AGENTS OR AGENCIES DISCLAIM ALL
    WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE,INCLUDING ALL
    IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, IN NO
    EVENT SHALL SHANE BROOKS NOR HIS AGENTS OR AGENCIES BE
    LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
    ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR
    PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR
    OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH
    THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

6. LICENSE CANCELLATION

    You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
    modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
    or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the
    licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
    Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
    automatic termination of this license.

    Installing 98lite signifies your acceptance of the terms and
    conditions of this license. If you do not agree to the terms
    of this license you should not download the software and you
    must erase or otherwise destroy all copies in your 
    possession.
