Crash upon entering Feature Directory Edit box on Feature Tree dialog is fixed.

Small bug in MAXHACK fixed.  Information from ini file still suspect in Baseline provider installation issues.

NIDIR selection fixed.

Explorer.exe hang on certain systems fixed.  It was a LabVIEW ShellExtention problem.

No rebuild of actual installer last night.  LabVIEW build was bad.  Parts used are from ~Noon on 8/9.

Directory selection is mostly fixed.  However, NIDIR still cannot be set.  On the feature tree, individual directories may be set.

Baseline Provider installation has been fixed.

Hourglass improved.

Baseline provider ini entries changed to no longer include rhs of = in the [MAXBaseProviders] section.
